Shipping policy

  1. Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders may not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods (sale events, holidays), processing may take longer.

    • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders over $35 within the United States.
  3.  Cosmetic Specific Shipping Notice
    We take great care in packing your items. However, some items may be sensitive to extreme temperatures. We recommend bringing packages inside immediately upon delivery to ensure product quality. 
  4. . International Shipping
    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that any order outside the continental United States may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
  5. Lost or Damaged Items
    If you receive a broken item, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement immediately.
